For items in stock, we will ship in 1-2 business days. For non-stock items we may ship the order in 7-21 days. There may be delay in shipment (more than 21 days) for items on national backorder. When we ship the order, you will receive an email notification with UPS tracking. You can reply back to order confirmation email after 4 business days to know the order status and decide to retain or cancel the order.
